- 9-storey office building with ±12,000 ft² retail, ±32,000 ft² office, 18 parking spaces in a two-level below-grade garage, and 27 bicycle parking spaces

​

- Retention of existing 2-storey heritage façade

All work performed as an employee of Audax (Architectural Designer/Project Manager), under the corporate entity of Audax Architecture Inc. under the direction and supervision of Gianpiero Pugliese, Licensed Architect OAA.
