Taylor Balodis is a licensed Architect with the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA) with over ten years of Canadian Architectural industry experience.

​

Taylor received a Bachelor of Architectural Studies (BAS) with High Distinction from the Azrieli School of Architecture and Urbanism at Carleton University. He later acquired a Master of Architecture (M.Arch) with Distinction and received honours from the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC). He is also a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction (LEED AP BD+C).

His past research includes investigating opportunities for material evolution among existing urban fabric by analyzing the salvage and reuse potential for various building types. This is accomplished by utilizing digital workflows including building information modelling (BIM) for documentation and evaluation.


Passionately promoting the fundamental use of Autodesk Revit, Taylor takes an active role in providing BIM training and support services with a strong software proficiency to execute a variety of project deliverables.
