- 25-unit infill residential development, 39 parking spaces at-grade, and 22 bicycle parking spaces

- Existing 100-year-old school house conversion to residential lofts, two new street-facing townhomes

All work performed as an employee of Audax (Architectural Designer/Project Manager), under the corporate entity of Audax Architecture Inc. under the direction and supervision of Gianpiero Pugliese, Licensed Architect OAA.
